Beginner's Boxing
This class focuses on teaching the fundamental techniques of boxing, including stance, footwork, basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), defensive manoeuvres (such as blocking and slipping), and basic combinations.
Intermediate to Advanced
This class is for intermediate to advanced boxers who have mastered the basics and are looking to refine their skills. Participants will learn advanced offensive and defensive strategies. Timing, distance management, feints, counterpunching.
Open Boxing
Self-guided boxing classes offer members the flexibility to tailor their training sessions according to their unique preferences and fitness objectives. Members can design their own workout routines, boxing drills and cardio exercises, at their own pace.

Personal training provides tailored sessions led by our experienced coaches, catering to all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, our trainers focus on refining technique, improving fitness, and achieving your boxing goals.
