Adult Boxing
This class teaches the essential techniques of boxing, covering stance, footwork, foundational punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), defensive moves like blocking and slipping, and beginner-friendly combinations. Participants will also build fitness with cardio exercises and core movements to enhance endurance, strength, and stability.
Youth Boxing
This youth boxing class is designed for those eager to learn new skills. It focuses on building timing, distance control, and combinations, with conditioning exercises to improve agility, endurance and discipline. Perfect for young people looking to gain confidence and have fun while learning the fundamentals of boxing.
Open Boxing
Self-guided boxing classes offer members the flexibility to tailor their training sessions according to their unique preferences and fitness objectives. Members can design their own workout routines, boxing drills and cardio exercises, at their own pace.
